As MLS and Liga MX continue to fine-tune details ahead of the inaugural Leagues Cup competition which sees teams from both nations go head-to-head, LA Galaxy were one of the first MLS clubs to confirm the official times and dates of their group stage matches in the new tournament.
Greg Vanney’s side are in Group 3 of the West and will play Vancouver Whitecaps and Club León of Liga MX, with the top two sides from each group to the next phase of the tournament.
The Galaxy have been handed a boost in the competition given that they will play their two group stage matches at Dignity Health Sports Park and can rely on home support as they face their opponents from Canada and Mexico.

LA Galaxy’s first match in the Leagues Cup will take place on Tuesday, 25 July, when they face Club León. The game will get underway at 7:30 p.m. PT (10:30 p.m. ET).
